This Tip Dresser is used primarily for spot welding Aluminum, or Aircraft
Metals where clean and consistent welds are essential.
It dresses the electrodes without removal from welder, and maintains the
contour.

TJA-1-A, Tip Dressing Tool set includes:
(1) Handel with guides,
(2) Each Radius plates: 2”, 4”, 6”, 8”, and 10”, (10 Radius plates total).
(1) Flat plate.
(1) Roll of Abrasive cloth, 1” wide X 50 Yards, 150 Grit.

Note: This tool requires a spot welder with “Tip Dress” feature, and Tip Dress
Electrode weight of 20 lbs. – 150 lbs.
